Stories like this are enough to make you afraid to walk your dog. This happened in Westchester N.Y. My deepest sympathies to the family. I'm in tears over this.

OMG, what a nightmare. I know she was hysterical. That poor, poor baby...

The owner should suffer some serious consequences. Not only were his dogs dangerous, they were starved and treated inhumanely themselves.
