I have a postal scale that I weigh Lulu on. So far it's read exactly as the vet's scale. As far as if 3.5 lbs at 12 weeks is normal...yes, it can be. The rule of thumb is to double the 12 week weight to get the adult weight. So that would put Poppy around 7 lbs. Now keep in mind, it's not always accurate. I'd call your vet to ask if her 10 week weight was in pounds & ounces or kgs...then ask if you need an appointment for a weight check.
