I agree with Karen, do not let him have any water after a certain time. Also, until he can control himself he should not be up in the bed with you. You should get a little crate and let him sleep in there with some blankets. They will not go potty in their bed if they have just a small space. If you start using this method, you may have to get up once during the night to let him pee. When I got Chewy home at 3 months, I used to wake up at 3:30 AM EVERY night to let him pee. That was for about a month and since then he can hold it and he hasn't had any accidents.

I know it sucks to hear them cry, but you have to let it go and re-train him otherwise this will just continue. Best of luck and let us know how it goes.
