It also helps to give nothing that has artificial colors in it. Baxter is an almost white maltipoo and when I got him had terrible staining. He was eating kibble with all the pretty colors. I only give him natural colored eats and he has almost no staining.

My yorkies are on Wellness, before I brought Jesse home he was on food from the vet, hopefully it won't be as bad on Wellness.
