Default Dawn liquid made Zoe weak

Zoe is an extremely active puppie. She's 9 months old now, 3lbs 14 ounces.
Last month after using Dawn, she was inactive the 3 hours before we went to bed. We didn't think anything of it.
Yesterday , we did the Dawn treatment and once again she was very inactive. I just thought she didn't like baths. A couple hours later, we went up the stairs to go to bed. Zoe climbed the first 4 stairs and then stopped, she didn't have the energy to climb any farther. She seemed very weak.We were extremely worried. We stayed up with her a few more hours, making sure that she didn't get any worse. After she perked up a little , we thought she would be alright.
The next day she was back to her normal active self. We used the Dawn for what we thought was 5 minutes, no clock, it may have been 10 minutes. We rinsed her very good. I am now worried about using Dawn again. Did Zoe absorb the soap into her system ? Has anyone else noticed that their Yorkie being inactive after a Dawn bath ? Zeke is 6 years old and we didn't notice any effect on him..
