Jackson choked on a rawhide when he was 5 months old, and I have never given since. It was the big kind, that gets all soggy when chewed, and he tried to swallow the last bit of it whole and it got stuck. So scary! Rawhide is known for causing LOTS of issues in dogs, obstruction being the worse, and I'm surprised so many pet stores still sell so many of them.

I've never had an issue with bully sticks, nor have I heard of an issue. Most of us here take them away when they are down to 1-2" long so choking can be prevented. Bully sticks are 100% digestible. In my humble opinion, RC is not much of an upgrade from Iams, and is over priced for the ingredients that are in it. But that's my unprofessional opinion.
