I agree with not interfering unless things get out of hand. Eventually, Woody will let her know when he's had enough. I would keep them separated for a while yet until things calm down and you know that everyone is safe and content. Ringo still gets too rough with Lucy sometimes and that is when we stop the play and go for a walk or something.
I would step in if I heard one of them squealing or yelping in pain and absolutely no blood should be drawn whatsoever. That is over the line of what is acceptable.
