I do not know if any pet food company has an "up to the minute" recall site. Alas, most are reluctant to announce a recall until directed to by USDA/FDA or whoever does the pushing from the Fed ranks. All we can do is try to keep alert and invest any rumor(s). Thank you for letting me know the other sites to check for recalls; I appreciate it and will be checking out those other sites now before buying other bags and treats. I've seen this thread for about a week now, and the pet store that I always purchase it from ensured me that they didn't receive any bags that were recalled or they would have pulled it immediately. I would love to move to 100% dry dog food with the extra precautions that I'm having to take with Khloe's teeth; she is still a baby and hates brushing her teeth.

Consequently, I'm starting to see a trend that nothing is good for you or your pet [I'm seeing the same trend in nutritionist debates over the human diet and in our pets' diet]. So I do the best I can do with the knowledge that I am given for my family and Furbaby alike. Thank you again for the information, and enjoy your weekend!
