Oh dear, I'm so sorry for your obvious concern. when did you have him into the vet last? Heart murmurs ddx'd this early can lead to enlarged heart, and one of the signs of an enlarged heart is coughing. No appetite is not good. Please if you haven't already bring him into the vet.
