You say you want to be a reputable breeder, but you blew it when you bred your girl without doing your homework first and having her properly tested and working with a mentor.
And no matter what your breeder told you- you can not register pups with the AKC unless BOTH the dam and sire are AKC registered, you got sold a bill of goods. Yes, the registry is dependent on the integrity of the breeder- and you've proven you don't have any.
