You do know that Yorkies have some pretty serious health concerns, and maltese will probably have some too. I'm sure you've researched both sides of the parentage in order to educate yourself on what these are, and what breed specific genetic tests and other tests should be done on the breeding parents prior to breeding them.
These tests are specialized and are not included in a regular "vet" visit check up.
