Instead I focus on spoiling my babies to death... and then I get consumed by that!
I don't agree with many of the stipluations that rescues have. I've adopted from an awesome rescue before, and if they had gotten a Yorkie in they would have let me take it no questions asked! They know how good we are to our pets.
So, I choose to look for a private owner re-homing one, and even though it was a 4 hour drive each way... I think we did the best thing. Because now when it's time to welcome another in our home (later on down the road) I'll be able to say "Yes I've had a Yorkie, yes I had other big dogs with my Yorkie, and yes I had my yorkie around small children!"
