Try giving your pup a tshirt that you have worn so that it has your scent on it. Often this will have a calming, reassuring effect.

Try leaving a radio or television on low. I play "Through a Dog's Ear" and other relaxing music for my boys.

Try draining your pup's energy before you have to leave her. Play fetch or whatever you normally do to exercise her.

Make sure she has plenty of safe toys and maybe a couple of safe treats for distraction.

I understand that you cannot take your dog outside until she has her shots, but is she confined all of the time to one room? She might be getting anxious when you leave because her world is so small and you are a major part of that world.
