I love the Dog Whisperer, Cesar Milan. He has a couple of episodes about this. You need to intervene and make him stop it. I think the bf needs to be sure he is pack leader over Bentley. Pick him up and make him stop biting. Use his hand to make a little dog mouth and lay Bentley down (kinda like mom does to her kids). Do not be afraid of him and do not let Bentley have his way here. It is a big NO-NO! Do not give it time, 'nip it in the bud' as Barney Fife (Andy Griffith Show) says. Good Luck! |
