My Yorkie's registered name is Sweet Sophie Sunshine. We call her Sophie.
However, when she's bad and I have to pull out my "mommy voice". I usually say "SOPHIE MARIE!"
I have no clue where the Marie came from. I just think it's one of those old fashioned habits that when Mom uses the middle name...you know you're in BIG trouble.
