I have a 22 year old daughter and if it were happening to her and she didn't have the nerve to tell the boss or tell the guy to knock it off...then "yes" I would have said something too.
At 19 she may not have appreciated Mom and Dad sticking their nose in her business, but at 30....she'll look back and be glad you did it.
What you describe sounds as if it could turn really bad and I'd rather have my daughter a bit miffed at me for stepping in than sexually harrassed or maybe even assaulted.
