I wouldn't bother to call her again. Just put everything in writing and send it registered mail. Include copies of the lemon law, vet bills and any vet statements.

You can file yourself in small claims court for about $50.00, or if you prefer, a quick letter from a lawyer outlining her responsibilities shouldn't run you more than 100-200. There are other avenues for going after her.

Let me see if I can get Mardelin over to this thread. She's really well versed in the lemon laws.
