You asked what everyone thinks...
I think 8 weeks is too young to take a puppy away from him mom. I think just b/c your puppy has AKC papers doesn't mean he will be healthy & doesn't mean he should be bred. I think if your breeder is letting her pups go at 8 weeks, there's little chance that she did the appropriate testing of the sire & dam before breeding.
Bottom line...I think you should nueter & allow your little guy to be a very loved pet. I also encourage you to wait until your pup is 12 weeks before bringing him home.
