Should I wait to find out how he turns out before neutering him? What does everyone thing? I'm getting him on Monday when he's 8 weeks (picked him out 2 weeks ago). |
Why "unfortunately"! What do you mean by CKC??? Canadian or Continental Kennel Club???
Have you any idea what goes into breeding and whelping Yorkies?
Being AKC does not mean that he would make a good sire for a litter.
Even if he had champion lines it wouldn't necessarily make him a suitable stud. My Beamer has champions in his blood lines, his father was a champion as well as his grandparents. But, no way would I have thought of studding him out. I had him neutered.
Also 8 weeks is too young for him to leave his mom.
Do your new puppy a favor and have him neutered.
