Wow, just wow. I cannot believe some people. Not sure if they could help, but perahps you could call the local animal control? Pose your concern something like you're worried about how many animals come and go from that home, and you think maybe an investigation is in order to be sure there is no abuse going on (as in, how do animals keep 'disappearing' in the hands of one person?). Man, oh man, there should be some law against heartless people owning pets.
