What liquid antacid did the vet say to use? Did the vet prescribe an antibiotic? Our 6 year old Yorkie Buddy gets colitis so often--the vet doesn't know why either and calls it ideopathic (sp?). Buddy gets terrible diareah and then vomiting. The vet has switched his food to Hill's Prescription Diet I/D which is supposed to be very bland and I assume soothing to Buddy's intestines.
