Thanks for all the replies guys! Makes me feel like I'm not in this battle alone..

We wiped our entire hardwood floor down with clorox antibacterial wipes. But I have a feeling we need to go at it with a 10/1 ammonia solution ? Any safe-ER solutions that you would recommend? Or heck, just give me your pointers on how to really get rid of this nasty thing called giardia (worst part is.. my friend actually came down with giardia last year and he was STRUGGLING [and the dude is a body builder for crying out loud too haha] so I can't even imagine how much of a toll it took on a little 1.9 pound puppy..).
