 lifting and peeing
I would not worry about him marking at 12 weeks. He is a male and males lift there legs to pee. If once you have him neutered and you use a pad if he lifts his leg you can always use a 2 liter bottle with water in it place it in the middle of the pad so he will pee on the bottle and not the wall. But I think once he is going on the potty pad he may just squat.Good luck
