We dehydrate too. 3-4 hours in the dehydrator - rotate the trays every hour. We dehydrate turkey breast and venison. I break them up into bite size pieces and freeze in sandwich bags. No spices, no salt - just the meat.

Its best to cut the meat when its partially frozen.
