I just went through this. I had a four year old Fisher Paykel, top loading, super energy efficient but it did not get the clothes clean, and I could not wash a blanket or a comforter. It got an error code for the third time, so I decided it was time to go b/c I hated it after a while. Well I did my research this time and got myself a Samsung, which I LOVE! It does blankets, comforters, gets everything super clean and is as quiet as can be. I got a red one and love to do my laundry now. Highly recommend it!
