Thank you all.
I spoke with the vet and he said Farrah did great with the surgery. She did have many bone fragments in there and was probably in a bit of pain. She also has hip dysplasia on the opposite leg. So he is slightly concerned about that hip bearing her 4lb body over the next couple of months while doing therapy. BTW, she is 9 months old.
So now I hold my breath overnight and pray she has no swelling or post-op problems.
