Bil Jacks are high in fat and pretty low on nutritional value.

Training treats should be considered part of their daily diet- so if you wouldn't feed it to them in their bowl, should you really be giving it to them at all? These are the listed ingredients:

Ingredients:
Chicken Liver, Chicken, Chicken By-Product Meal, Corn, Glycerin, High Fructose Corn Syrup, Wheat Flour, Propylene Glycol, Phosphoric Acid, Calcium Propionate and Potassium Sorbate and BHA and Citric Acid (preservatives), Iron Oxide.

Some other things you might want to try during training could be: bits of carrot or green beans, bits of shredded chicken, blueberries, low fat cheese bits, cheerios or even their regular kibble.
