 Hymelic Maneuver
For those of you wondering what you can do...please note that the hymelic maneuver used on humans can also work on dogs. I have used this method on my cockapoo while she was choking on food. Please also note that on another board, one of our users lost her dog to rawhide as she was choking and was unable to help her. Ask yourself, is it really worth taking the risk? Personally, I don't think it is. Nylabones work fine. |
