With my first 2 pups Chloe and Claire who are now 5 months old the yelping really worked for me. I did it loud to startle them and then said no bite and turned my back on them. I have a tiny one Charn that is four months old I'm still working on with doing this. With her I also put a chew toy in her mouth when I take out my fingers or when she bites on my face (she got a new nick name piranha face). I also noticed she does this when she gets really excited so I'll hold her away from my body until she calms down a bit then offer her something else to chew on that is acceptable and tell her good baby. I can tell it is going to be a battle with this little one. She also chew on my other two pups and they looked at her like please leave me alone and they will bite her back but gently because I think they know she how tiny she is only about 2 lbs now.
