I'm not sure if you mean for exercise or pottying, but Roxie goes outside at least 4-5 times a day.
When I am working during the school year, I take her out to pee before I leave for work at 6:45. She goes out for a long walk when I get home from work around 3. She then goes out again after her dinner and before bed (and sometimes in between).
Right now I am on summer break, so the schedule has relaxed a bit.
