Each of us has a tiny measure of life to do with what we will. Each of us can make a choice, to type a few words, to donate a few $, to stop by the wayside to pick up a dog, to rehome, to nourish, to guide or to lead.
So here you stand and here I stand, both bonded by a love of dogs, a desire to do right by our God's gift to humankind. How can we help, how can I make a difference?
In small ways each and every day. Find a cause for dogs, that speaks volumnes to you, and do a bit every day.
The greatness of Man as judged in the distant future will not be measured by his artifices, but by how he treated Man's best friend. | What a beautiful and inspirational post. Brought tears to my eyes. It reminds me I need to donate again to a rescue again, since I am not really in the position to do any other types of rescue at this time. Thanks for sharing your thoughts. |
