My Yorkie is a male and twelve weeks old. He is now starting to raise his left hind leg to pee. He doesn't do it all the time.
How do I stop from raising his hind leg? Since he doesn't have all his shots, we don't take him outside yet. We are training him to use puppy pads inside the house.
