 Max is Home! Thank you YT Community
Max is home from the hospital. I wasn't expecting to see him with shaved legs, neck and side of back, but it's ok. As soon as we walked through the front door he started wiggling, shaking his tail and then he attacked Cooper with fun play!
He is diagonised with 1. idiopathic epilepsy and 2. idiopathic head bobbing
He's on seizure meds - just started this morning when I picked him up. I'm going back to LSU in 2 weeks to check in on his levels.
Thank you YT community for letting me journal my daily and hourly thoughts. Because of you I kept my sanity and was armed with intelligent questions to ask the doctors.
As far as Sentinel goes - the entire state of Louisiana knows Max had Sentinel and I think that's the cause. They want to stop the seizures immediately. They say the chance of a reaction to the med is very slim and even still it will cause only mild reactions.
