Yes, this can happen. You need to call your vet and let him/her know so they can change his med. Many years ago I had a cat who this happened to. My cat had Chiari as well and the vet thought maybe that was the reason for it but it did warn about it in the insert. Did the insert come with the med ? if so , read it and you will find it in there.
