OMG, this is so funny because years ago I came home to my Vinnie and noticed that he had two HUGE bumps bulging around the base of his, er, penis. I totally panicked and called my vet. My vet reassured me that these are glands that remain in males and which pop up whenever they get excited and/or have to pee. After he explained all this to me, he said, "So, you're proud of me, right?" I asked what he meant and he laughed and said, "Because I didn't even ask WHY you were looking at your dog's penis!" We both had a very good laugh.
