O.K., So I have a question for you, I wanted to ask it here in the breeders section because I know you have more experience with neutering older males. I need to neuter my little guy, he just turned 1 and is a 3 1/4 lbs. When you fix an older male whose testicles have obviously dropped, do the scrotum eventually go down or is there loose skin down there? I saw a large dog that had a lot of skin hanging down between his legs and it was so disgusting!! I don't want that happening to my baby. If I could I would keep his little jingle balls, I actually like them and think they are cute!!
