She needs to be seen by a vet 4 days of having trouble pooping and being depressed. Your puppy can go down so quickly and die being only 9 weeks old.
Benefil is not a good food, is this the food she was on when you got her? Or did you switch. If you didn't switch over slowly it could be affecting her.
As well as ham, is too fattening. It can make her even more sick.
