I have the same issue as Shir. I recently purchase my second puppy female yorkie, who's 5months old, the next day i took her to the Vet to get her examine, plus took her poop in to test it if there were any parasites and it came out positive with Gardia. Now i'm afraid my 8month old Momo another yorkie of mine has contracted the parasite. I've already looked up the Lemon law and some of my co-workers stated, the breeder will have to at least have 2 liters of pups in order to take do something about it. I'm stuck,

I purchase my pup for 450.00 and my vet bills were about 200.00. It was fishy to begin with and the owner wanted me to meet him at a parking lot. I didn't get the chance to observe Yuki's environment.
