Is Lepto and Lyme endemic in your area? Also, I'm assuming you give her Bordetella bc she gets groomed or goes to dog gatherings?
If Lepto or Lyme is not endemic, I wouldn't get them (esp. Lepto). If she does need everything you mentioned, plus the Core vaccines -- then I'd break them apart by 2-3 weeks (each).
Also, if she had trouble w/ vaccines in the past - I'd pre-medicate w/ Benadrly if this were my kiddo.
