I don't know what I did but it's working great again now. I was tinkering around, trying to figure out how to get the handle off and thought what the heck, I'll plug it in and try it one more time and it works.
I'm wondering if I didn't have one of the water containers in securely or something.
Since I still have a few more weeks before I have to return in, I'm going to keep it and see how it does. Fingers crossed!
