Sorry to hear that it not working out. Did you try calling her over the phone? I know how it is to get all excited about something and not having it work out. I hope she did not promise you the puppy and then go ahead and sell her to someone else. Because I think that is wrong. I love the name Bella. I wanted to use it someday for my yorkie baby.
