That doesn't sound good. What food is she on?
I would try mixing her food with some different things. Lucy loves: canned cooked carrots; noodles; canned chicken (Wellness); chicken broth (homemade); green beans; cottage cheese . . to name a few.
She's always been a picky eater but she has MVD too.
