Thank you for replying so quickly. Your reply is really helpful as i hadn't thought about sitting Poppy in my lap to groom her.
She loves to be near me and snuggles into me when she's on my lap, so its definitely worth a try. Even if i can snip a few bits of fur off each day, hopefully she will get more relaxed. She loves her food too, so will make sure theres some boiled chicken handy!
