It terrible that you have to go through this and even more terrible to know that there are plenty of breeders like him in the world. It just goes to show you have to make sure you know what you are getting into and do AS MUCH RESEARCH as you possibly can on the breeder you are getting your pup from before you make the purchase.
Make sure to update us once you get on the phone with the RSPCA to see if they can do anything for these poor puppies. |
