Puppies get some of the antibodies from their mother, each baby is different. If your baby has already had one vaccine and did fine, I would talk to your vet about lowering the doesage for the next round or, have her titer tested to see if she carries the antibodies, (they either do or they don't) depending on the out come of the test, it is my understanding, she may or may not need the boosters.
Also, I was told by my vet recently, Parvo cases are up this year so becareful.
