I think tail docking should be banned in the U.S. too. I recently saw a Yorkie with an undocked tail (it was from England) and it was beautiful the way it carried its tail high! My Biewer is undocked (breed standard) is one of the things I love the most about her.
Unless their is a health reason I am not aware of, I think docking the tail is cruel
and unneccessary
