Yes, puppies can be quite the handful! I have a 7 month old foster right now and he keeps me hopping! He has found my furniture to be quite tasty, so I have to have eyes in the back of my head.
Perhaps that is a good thing that Max is a happy and active puppy! I surely hope so.
