 I am in love
not with a human, but with Mango! I am in love with him! He is so smart and very playful. And is adjusting well. It's been about 5 weeks since he's been here! He is adjusting to our pug, Susie. Who, at first, Mango used to bite her, not mean but...more of a playful/protecting thing going on. He is doing better with that. He has caught onto a lot! I let him sleep in my bed now, but only a couple times. He has done good, every time. I got him a tiny little dog bed that he can cuddle up into next to me, on my bed. I went to the zoo yesterday, and we had to leave him in his crate for a few hours, as well as maybe one other time this summer, and at night. And has caught onto, that sleeping in his own waste is uncomfortable, and hasn't had an accident in the cage in a couple of weeks! The only thing he hasn't caught onto is......when we got him, he was pee pad trained. The first 2 weeks of having him here, he was peeing on his pads, and going outside. Now he is peeing outside AND peeing/pooping on the floor. I am very confused! |
