i was nervous when i first got my yorkie, because i didn't know how she would react to my bunnies. i had two bunnies before i got milu, and i kept them separated for a while because i know bunnies are territorial. but milu loved the bunnies, the first thing she did every morning was run downstairs to see the bunnies. i would do supervised play time for them. i adopted another bunny after milu, and i let them hang out together all the time because that bunny's personality is more relaxed than my other two bunnies. they all get along great now. but i would say it really depends on the dog. i know someone who's house bunny was killed by their dog. so you do need to be careful and watch them to make sure.

i don't worry about my dogs attacking my bunnies because my dogs are small and they are not as aggressive as my bunnies. so it just really depends on the dogs personality.
