Clipper ? Never heard of that , but my sasha had her ears down when I got her , she was 10 months , her old owner had to rehome her. Her ears had a whole lot of hair on them , so I cut off all the hair on the ear's and in a few weeks they just started to go up by them self. I find in other dogs I have own never let anyone play , touch their ears while they r small and it works for me so far.
